We are so happy with our choice of Growing Minds Montessori. As this was out first child, coupled with the pandemic (born in Feb 2020) we were headed in to this process pretty much blind. After the intro tour, we almost immediately knee this would be the perfect fit. Our daughter was transitioning from a daycare where she was the oldest by a year, and understandably was a tad but behind socially. Ms. Donna's set up, coupled with the Montessori ideology provided us with comfort, and an almost immediate/noticeable improvement in her energy, spirit, and curiosity. The Brightwheel app that Ms. Donna/Montessori uses has us in awe of how much they find to do in the house, backyard, and the local neighborhood. An added bonus has been the relationships our daughter, as well as the parents have made thru the school. Parent zen achieved!

“Our daughter just started at GMMP and I have to say, we are already blown away. The space and environment is unlike any other daycare/preschool we've been to or toured. It's peaceful, clean (surprising for a school), calming, and the yard is great! Ms Donna is very kind, warm, sweet, understanding, and wonderful to work with. Our daughter was going through a potty regression due to a new sibling, and Ms Donna worked so patiently and positively with her. The adventures to the library, parks, and neighborhood walks are great additions to the daily outdoor time our daughter already gets. The art projects and curriculum she's learning in just the few short weeks far surpasses what she was creating and learning at her previous school for the last year!! Oh and not to mention, the level of communication and daily updates we've received is unparalleled! Our daughter is a very strong willed and spirited child, so I was very anxious about her transition and just a new school in general, but I am beyond relieved and grateful she is now at GMMP. We can see the positive difference in her energy and mood already!! I only wish we had found Ms Donna and GMMP sooner!!“

“Ms. Donna was my son's preschool teacher for one year. She was instrumental is getting him ready for kindergarten. She kept him engaged with interesting and fun yet challenging activities. Ms. Donna also taught him a ton of self help skills which reflected at home. He's a very active boy with big emotions and Ms. Donna helped him understand and manage his frustrations. He is now in 1st grade and still continues to ask about her and remembers the time he spent under her care. She certainly made a lasting impact in his life and we are so thankful she was his teacher! I highly recommend Ms. Donna as your child's teacher!”

“Miss Donna truly has the gift for teaching preschool kids! Not only for Montessori principals but also for amazing art projects. We literally framed multiple art pieces for home that became the centerpieces on our chimney. The absolute bonus from our time with Miss Donna was my daughter's intro to Spanish! At 3.5 years old my daughter was able to sing Feliz Navidad from start to finish and with no accent lol Miss Donna exudes an assertive calmness that really resonates with each child she teaches and it stems from her sincere care for them. Without a doubt I have referred every preschool family to Miss Donna - especially now that she is making it a Spanish bilingual, Montessori curriculum! And I'm sure she'll also find a way to include her incredible creativity through various art projects for her students.”

“We consider ourselves lucky to have had my son under the care of Ms. Donna for 2 years. My son struggled with separation anxiety and she always showed compassion for his behavior, making him feel secure. She reassured me with her knowledge and positive attitude when I felt insecure about his growth as a new parent. She took the time to listen even after a long day. The effort she put into their curriculum at such a young age was impressive! She knew his strengths and weaknesses and had recommendations on how to grow. We will always remember Ms. Donna for her kindness and willing to help.”
