Our Story
Hi, my name is Ms. Donna, I am the founder of Growing Minds Montessori Preschool. I graduated with a B.A.in Psychology from San Francisco State University. After gaining 10 years of firsthand Montessori experience in the early education field, I became inspired to create a preschool of my own. A preschool inspired by the pedagogy of Dr. Maria Montessori.
Why Montessori? You may ask. Well for over a decade, I have put into practice her methods and have seen continuously how all my students have flourished through her methodology, they genuinely enjoy learning. I want to continue to guide children in finding their love for learning and discovering their potential through the Montessori method. My goal is to provide my students with an environment where they feel seen, heard, understood, and loved.
I am extremely excited to bring the very first bilingual Spanish/ English Montessori-inspired preschool to the Ingleside district of San Francisco. I invite you to partner with me in creating a loving school where all who enter feel welcomed, respected, and valued for who they are and the potential they hold.
